Find Your Order Number
Your order number looks like #CS-12345 or #11001 and was sent to your email right after checkout. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an order confirmation from CustomSolo.
Check Production Status
We handcraft each piece within 48 hours after your design is approved. Production stages:
- Design Approved — within 12 hours of checkout
- In Production — your piece is being made
- Quality Check — final inspection before shipping
- Shipped — on its way to you with a tracking number
Track the Shipment
Once shipped, you'll get an email with a direct tracking link. Click it to see live carrier updates.
Standard shipping: 5–9 business days (US), 7–14 business days (CA/EU/AU).
