At CustomSolo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-Day Return Warranty to all customers. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
• Returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged item.
Unconditional returns are not accepted because all orders are customized with personal information, making them unsuitable for resale.
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
  1. Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service at service@customsolo.com and include the following details:
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item(s) received
2. You will receive an email with the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please follow these instructions to proceed.
3. Ensure the tracking number for your return is valid, as it is required to process your return or exchange.
  1. Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges
• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks after we receive your returned package.
• Exchanges will also be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item.
  1. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card).
• Credit/debit card refunds may take 1-2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• We will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
